You ever get the CA18 or swap motors on your car? Mine almost there now man. Engine is built internally now, brakes are done - ebrake cables, and shes getting painted right now. Just some odds and ends and I'll be on the road finally.

Z32 ebrake cables are a nightmare.

Anyone in near philly wanna help me work on my LSD. I'll buy food / beer if so. My garage is too small and I don't have all of the tools.

I need to pull the guts from my R200V (VLSD) and install them into my R200 after shimming it. I also have new front and side oil seals I want to replace.

I broke my torque wrench, and I don't have a dial indicator or large vice.

The plan is to have good shimmed VLSD until I replace with another clutch type. I need to get the car on the road and need to spend my money other places first. Oh and if you want to help me do my e brake cables too that would be awesome.

Soon Kal, If only it were warmer. I'm getting the control arms on today and I am gonna mess with the Z32 ebrake cable and see if I cant get them working.

Right now the open end R200 is out and apart. I am waiting on parts, I checked the bearings which are fine and I am going to replace the oil seals. If the VLSD shims come in I am going to shim it, but if not I'm going to put the VLSD in for now to get it moving again.

Then all I have to do is put the interior in, finish the exhaust, align it, and fix my trans leak.

But if anyone has a bench vice, dial indicator, and a little time to help/use their space to do my diff I would appreciate it.

I have the open end I could weld, but how do the take torque on demand? Im worried about 450 Ft lbs of NA torque. I just don't know if I could trust my welds to last. The plan is to save up for a carbonetics.

What do you guys weld them with. I got the open end out of the rear now, just sitting on the floor. I have a Lincoln mig welder but I suck at welding.

Oh and you had that carpet right? Its firewall to back seat right? What color was it, I had a few offers from people but they aren't getting back to me.

Bring Your open Diff down to my shop and I can weld it for you for $60It should definatly hold! When you are ready for the carbonetics LSD, Let me know! I can also get Tomei Technical Trax LSD's which are supposed to be the ultimate Drift LSD.

I am the one with the carpet! It is Black ir Charcoal it came out of my S13. When I went RHD, I swapped a RHD Carpet in my car!

email sent to you, I cant find the write up. But on subframe there is an oval hole right under where the traction rod bolts to. Run the cable right through there instead of going over the subframe like the 2+2 or oem S13 cables do. Then just install into the T. To secure the cable I used small L brakets and bolted them to where the S13 cables bolt to the floor then secured the Z32 cables to the L bracket.

If you want to take a look at it the car is up on jack stands now.
