Performance Issue (4.08 Rear End?)

I've seen some 4.11 rear ends for Ford's and Corvettes. Those wouldn't fit on my car right?

I've heard about the Skyline 4.11 rear end. My friend told me that unless you're good with a micrometer and the 4.11 is lined up PERFECTLY, if you mash the gas, you'll blow your rear end all to hell.

This is what I was told last night. He was a little drunk, but I think that's correct right?

That applies mostly when you're putting new gears in the Q45 housing. More than one NICO member has blown his diff trying. You don't get that problem swapping the entire rear end.
