Actually, it would go right through. When one of the planes hit one of the World Trade center buildings part of it actually flew out of the other side of the building.Jesda wrote:Do you know what actually happens to a plane as it slams into a thick reinforced structure? I guess that I'm in the same loonybasket as them too.Jesda wrote:This nonsense conspiracy is often perpetuated by those who want to believe there was a government coverup. Remember the ridiculous right-wingers who said Bill Clinton killed Vince Foster? You're now officially in the same loonybasket as them.
Hopefully all together. But regardless, I'd say we've seen some out of hand posts anyway. Logic and reason seem take a back seat to juicy gossip and conspiracy theory.gabossie wrote:Wha? Why? Only when they get out of hand, or all together?
1. It wasnt Bill Clinton, it was an Arkansas State Trooper that did the dirty work.2. How dare you lump me in with these Pentagon loons.3. How dare you call me a loony basket.Jesda wrote:This nonsense conspiracy is often perpetuated by those who want to believe there was a government coverup. This thread was doing very well, and is obviously back on track in that odd nico way..WDRacing wrote:This is just a thread to spur on some conversation fella's. Not a political debate. Just a cool presentation to get your mind thinking.
If the Owner or senior Admin want to close it/delete it/edit it they can. But this is in NO way out of hand, nor does it look to going that way.
Please take the bait little fishies.SmithSR wrote:Everybody please feel free to carry on, but plz don't respond to poormanQ, who set up a bit arguement that thankfully nobody took him up on.
Like most of my posts. It's just to get people thinking. This thread could be used to broaden peoples horizons. I don't think that it is meant to offend anybody.240kid wrote:the problem is, that some people hold there beliefs close to them and controversial topics like our involvement in iraq and the presidential election just pisses people off, and on top of that, it doesnt change any bodys mind, so whats the point?

There is no reason that we cant have a debate on this thread. It would be wise to have an administrator monitor this thread. If anybody started to get really pissed off and start flaming, the admin could delete the inappropriate comments. So, in essence, it would be a controlled debate. Would that be possible?
Here's the first few questions.
1. Do you think our economy is in an up-trend or down-trend?
2. What are your thoughts about the United State's two party political system?
3. What are your thoughts about the current presidential candidates? About there goals for America?
4. Do you think that the USA should have gone into Iraq? Should we have stayed there as long as we have?
Please try to answer these questions from an objective rather than subjective point of view.
If possible, please post links that support your thoughts. Please refrain from slandering anybodies name.
This can work, we just have to control ourselves.

Can you explain how you turn something into nothing? What happens when you burn 100 tons of wood? 100 tons of ashes, right?
Yeah, but I love fast cars, I hate the CARB, I would love to tax the crap out of people who make an asston of money and I'd close down our borders and work from the inside out to make this country a once agin nice place to live. ..I'm WDRacing and I endorse this message...lol.pills wrote:WDRacing, Over a thousand people run for president each year
you don't quite understand the whole picture and reason carb was made. If you read the history of carb you will understand why. They are getting more strict in the next couple years.WDRacing wrote:
