On top of the regular ones?! As in, you don't swap the stock pedals with the new?hangtime23 wrote:I've put in aftermarket pedals...they just go on top of the regular ones, I can't remember what brand they were, but they weren't too expensive, $40, I just picked them up from a store in market village (a chinese mall in Toronto).
yeah...you don't actually swap them out, they're more like covers I guess?SHIFT_2.5S wrote:

Who are you asking, what pedals?JTMoney43 wrote:will the mounting brackets get in the way of "flooring it"?
What's wrong with the clip on pedals?ddgsxr504 wrote:The link to the pedals I posted bolt directly on to the metal pedal, they're not those sh*tty clip on crap.
I'll respond to that with pictures of what someone posted and my car.... You tell me which one looks better.hangtime23 wrote:

If you look at the website link there are different styles besides the ones I have. Also if removing the rubber pads and drilling a few holes is too much effort then tuning/modifying cars isn't for you.hangtime23 wrote:haha that was actually my pic.
Well, first of all, I prefer the style of my pedals over yours. However, I do agree it looks slightly better when it's one piece, and you can't see the real pedal behind the clip on...but the marginal difference (to me) isn't worth the effort of completely replacing the pedal.
Is there any performance difference between the 2??
i have to agree with ddgsxr504, obviously theres is not a performance gain with pedals. however there is a functionality purpose and looks purpose. if your going for looks, you might as well do it right and make it look like the pedals are supposed to be there.ddgsxr504 wrote:

I wouldn't say that there is a performance gain but the one's I have are grippy because they are milled out so that the holes are actually raised giving more foot traction plus the fact that they are custom made for each car.
No offense but the ones you have don't look right because they are universal and you can see the rubber sticking out from the edges.
