mexillis wrote:Yeah an M meet is needed. Maybe we can plan one before winter and I will try to bring some MD people with me. There's 4-6 of us mainly 3 that would most likely make it. Car looks good by the way. I wouldn't mind the vents on my car but I would make the vent longer towards the sideskirt or even a double vent since 2 M's now have this style in the US.
Thanks mexillis

It would be nice to get another M meet before the cold weather comes in. Last BBQ/meet we had 8 M's which I was told was a record here in the states. I was hoping for at least 15. Let's see who will be hosting the next meet. We only had 2 M's at Chris BBQ.

As for the vents I tried a few different styles but what I ended up with was the best that followed the lines on the car without over doing it. Thank God for the grease pencil, easy on and easy off.

Ohhh, you've had your own private war. To those who have fought for it, life has a flavor (and pain) the protected never know; takes a lot of cojones. :dblthumb:

My war is still on, I take it one day at a time.

Good luck finding the oem side skirts, I would tell you to start looking for them now. If you can't find a set you can always get them from Sarona.

I hope to have the D2 racing coilovers installed some time this week.

It also took me 5hrs just to wax the car. :tisk:

I was able to install the D2 Racing coilovers and now I have to let it settle for a few days and try to adjust them.

Hope to have some pics in a few days. :)

With the new changes to this site it has become difficult for me to use it, I can't even find my PM.

This is what my M looks like now:

Hello Freddie! Great to see you're still about.
Looks as though you got a black roof done. It's brilliant! Did you use wrap or have it painted?

Looks good Freddie! I've always said your car was KLEAN!!!!

what's up Larz and Ilya....hope you guys are holding down the fort! It's been awhile for me here... I'm getting acclimated to life in CT...just doing a lot of sight seeing all over the east coast...

I think I'll start really modifying my G37 after my first winter here - LOL.... I'll stop in from time to time.... take care and enjoy the rest of your summer!!
