Pdf or online that shows how to pull interior panels

I have an 04 Path and want to do some sound deadning and stereo upgrades. Does any one have a something or can direct me somewhere that shows how to pull all my panels off safely. I dont want to damage a door panel trying to get them off. I have seen guys wreck the clips that hold them on. I need somthing that shows all the interior but front doors and rear hatch first. When i worked at circuit city the stereo guys had pdfs that showed where to pull a door panel off at and how to pull every panel for a car off.
