Don't keep it too simple, mix in some complexity. I'm sure you've seen the studies about right-left brain activity improvement, spatial reasoning, and more. If you like to read -a good one is " The Mozart Effect" by Don Campbell. Speaking ; or rather writing of Mozart -some good ones are Piano Concerti #'s 18, 19, 21, & 22. Bach Klavierconzerte w/ Andrei Gavrilov. They have proven very useful for bed/naptime.
