I actually liked the movie. But I've been meaning to order the British (unbastardized) versions of the books for a while now. Thanks for reminding me.

There's literally a paragraph's worth of censoring in the American versions. Still, the real versions are must-have for fans.

Chevrons painted on the roadway, pointed in the direction of travel, are effective in reducing speed as well (and not as dangerous).

greg, they have those chevrons on the suicide curve on lakeshore drive and i hate it...i know it's not real but it always makes me slow down and half way thru the turn i'm like dammit! i should have gone faster...it really does make you slow down even if you know you can go faster.
