My wife has a 1999 Sentra that she loves, i sort of hate it but it has cost zero to upkeep and no repairs since i bought it with 20k. It has 73k on it now and planning to redo the shocks with some KYB's (the stockers are long shot).

since she wants to keep the car another 4-5 years I thought a nice upgrade on tires/rims would re-up the car for her.

These Borbet's in 15" rims are pretty cheap (no need to up to 16" I don't think) and the General Exclaim UHP, mounted and balanced from the rack just south of $700 bucks.

What do you think of the combo and price point...I think 16" is overkill, will this be a nice setup for her little car?

Your link just goes to the Tirerack homepage. No help there, but as far as sizing goes, I think 15s are the perfect size for that model sentra. They should fill out nicely, and the sidewall wont be too large or small.
