he has it on, said there were noticable gains and going up to 100mph is a breeze. im sure he'll be here and say somethin soon, he just put it on sunday

so i decided not to hassle with the CEL... so i had the shop cut the flange off of the new piece and old piece... and swap them... so i still have my cats... and proud to announce no CEL! the gains are pretty noticable... oh yeah i picked up a stillen axelback too! feels even better with both installed... sounds good too... i think the sedans can buy the header too! you will just have to do what i did, oh yeah i forgot to mention i hade them cut out the resonator...

Hoping you replaced piping from the cat to axle back system as well. Otherwise its useless.

doesn't make it useless just not a efficient.

That's awesome man. I like what you did with the whole keeping the CAT. Time for a High Flow CAT now .

i tried to do it myself, but i needed a lift... so i had the shop do it... the total cost of install plus welding and new pipe cost $130

Nice...i have knew about the header also for a while and got one ordered and don't plan on keeping the cat i made a fully exhaust of my own with a magnaflow in place of resonator and a carbon titanium megan tip sounds great ,will let you guys know how header install goes for me as well...

im just wondering if it will throw some check engine lights, does the versa have a pre cat in the exhaust manifold?

let us know if the CEL light turns on. ive read some posts in other forums that the OBX headers actually don't turn the CEL liight on, and others that say it does. i know its CARB though

Looks good man....noticeable difference? Mine should be in wednesday and i am removing the cat and if i get CEL, i plan to use the anti-foul plug which i have seen used before and they work great...but i dont think it will set it off honestly..guess we will find out
