Ok Nico, I need your advice once again

SO I wanna get another tattoo on my forearm but I want it to say something. I want it to mean something about whow My wife and I have been through alot of issues together and I want it to represent how we fell towards each other. I cant really think of anything that would sound good. Please dont say "dont get it just incase something happens" Im positive were not going anywhere. So... any ideas? THanks

I don't mean to pry or be presumptuous, but when you say

I can help but assume that you mean a rough spot in the relationship.

It really sounds like you guys ironed out some trouble you were having, and want to do something permanent to give the relationship a greater feeling of permanence... but a tattoo simply wont do that, and if the issues were problems between you two already I would be prepared for them to test you again some time in the next 60 years you will likely be alive.

Im saying, We've been through alot. Ive cheated on her, (stupid mistake that I wish I could take back every day) She used to like my friend, Death, being dirt poop, Lost everything we worked for, and a tour in Iraq. Were still together and everyday is getting better. Even if something happens (knock on wood lol) I will always want to remember the world I lived in with her. This sounds corny.

in my opinion the name thing isn't the best idea, maybe you two come up with some kind of symbol to be exclusively yours? that way it'll be your special thing, and if god forbid you two split and people ask you about it you can say "well f*** i just thought it looked cool"
