Emanage is a piggyback, it will never be as smooth or reliable as a standalone.

well i've heard that emanage is self tuning and with PFC i will have to retune when the weather gets cold or hot.

I need something that is easy to work with because I'm not real confident with doing too much tuning myself. I also want something that is going to be really reliable and good for the motor (no detonation, etc).

If that's the case, why not just send your ecu to JWT for a re-flash and then get a piggy back controller such as e-manage or SAFC-II? Your hp goals aren't really high and you said that you don't plan to do much more upgrading, so perhaps stand alone may not be the best course of action. Of course a stand alone system is very reliable and all those other benefits, but if you just want something user friendly and easy to adjust, then you may want to consider the other route. Just my $.02
