ok i have a problem i cant figure out with my sr20det redtop

ok the car runs fine i have a fmic aem true boost gauge/controller blitz bovwhen i run the car on so called stock boost of 7lbs its fine but when i turn it up to like 9 or any higher it surges and the rpm still go up and its still has a little power but its not full power does any one know what it could be

or you could be blowing your spark out, lower the cap, or get different plugs like bkr6 or whatever

bkr6 is the factory plug, the bkr7s would be one step colder, either should work. What are your plugs gapped to? What fuel pump are you using?

check for boost/vacuum leaks.
