Oil Leak

I am thinking about buying a 240 with an sr swap from a friend. The car's only problem is that it leaks oil from the line that goes to the turbo. The leak is where the line connects to the block. My friend put a new line on and now it leaks worse. I was thinking that I could pay someone to tap new threads into the block, is that a good idea? Does that line go into the block or into an oil sending unit that I can replace?

get new crush washers, if you dont get the right size or replace them every time, they leak.
