Just curious 94_240sx if you have had any leakage issues. I'm thinking about picking this up...

This one is 100% suitable for any KA-setup. For those of you that know our Pike's Peak Time Attack 240, it runs the trans dapt setup. Not this particular one, but the dual filter one. Hope that helps.

No leaks at all. Oil level is good and everything looks good when engine is hot.
I also don't like it upside down, looks like a future mess.
Actually, a drain valve came with mine. You can drain oil from the filter before removing the filter from the adaptor.

I have some tips.

1. Use power steering hose from auto parts store. I used a heater hose from Home Depot and ended up swapping them out thanks to biggies advice. I paid about $15 for 3ft. hose from NAPA, and it comes with lifetime warranty.

2. Check all 4 clamps again when engine is hot.

3. Make sure to put a little more oil. Keep checking the oil level with a dip stick as you pour.

4. If you installed the filter upside down like I did, put some plastic bag and towel under the filter before removing the filter. Oil won't come out a lot from the filter with anti-drainback.

That's it. It's been 3 months since I install this and no problem at all.

I used the same kit from ebay that ^94 did.

Mine has only been on for a couple weeks and only a couple drives. Everything seems fine.
