wow, I never knew theres so many followers on this forum, that's the nicest way I can word it without the forum censoring me, I admit the first couple of posts I was misleaded, but either way you guys don't know what the problem is....so where's the help, flame me all you want, but it's like a quote I saw before on this forum, arguing online is like running for the special olympics, either way you still retarded, and people that has contributed to the problem and not even trying to udnerstand what it is, and just following a guy who has sarcasm of 10 man and is even worst, thats like being the water boy to the olympics. We just wanted to congratulate K-car. You have to admit, from an entirely neutral standpoint, that's some damn funny stuff. Don't be sore that it was directed at you. Your biggest mistake was to try and fight back..... had you just accepted the fact that you asked a silly question, it would have gone away. You dug a hole, and let him exploit it. Douchebag, this question has been answered twice. ADD SOME F**KING OIL AND CHECK....DRAIN YOUR OIL FILL IT AND CHECK IT. If you don't know how to drain the oil, I'm sure there will be many people who will berate you, strip you of your dignity (actually its already been done) and then tell you how to do it.

We are all joining in to bash you because its fun, and you deserve it. We all side with K because he is just one funny ba*tard, and if we go against him, we'd probably look like you...well actually we wouldn't, cause most of the people who responded/made fun of you are actually knowledgeable. If you want to take shots from K at least post correctly and attempt to use proper spelling and grammar...it'll be one less thing to be berated on...

Actually, keep driving around your car, when it runs out of oil and seizes up, you'll realize that you may need to put some oil in it, thats my answer on how to fix your problem...and it'll fix ours too, because you won't be asking any more stupid, redundant questions.

You guys won't want to understand that it's not the oil level that's the problem, haven't you ever think about it might be some other problem, by your theory I am supposed to keep filling oil in my engine until it drowns in it and starts gushing out of my exhaust?.....and see I knew that's the reason why you all like this 10 on 1 situation, but like I said I just want to put my point across, even K knows that's why he's taking you guys along. 1. you still never mentioned what you did to trouble shoot the situation, and how you KNOW it doesnt need more oil if you cant check it.....

2. I really suggest you shell out $60 for an hour of a mechanics time locally, and have them trouble shoot it for you....

drive down to the local gas station, tell them about the gremlins eating away at your dipstick, and the wizard stealing your oil, and they might have a solution or a fix for ya.....dont forget to get them to change out your JOHNSON ROD also, they go bad about the 90,000mile mark..

Dude, there's nothing wrong with your dipstick alright.... dipsticks don't go bad... just go get the stuff to do an oil change if you don't believe us, drain your oil, and then fill it to what your factory service manual says should be full. then check the dipstick, okay? until you've done that, don't tell us it CAN'T be the oil level. If you can't handle our advice and wanna be a little *****ing punk, then go to what ever boards Backdoor Productions frequents, I think you guys would get along nicely.

This thread is locked, I am toying with the idea of deleting it altogether, once I am done reading it.

The man asked a question, so EITHER you can help by making a suggestion (like one member said to drain completely, then refill correctly and the check position on dipstick) OR you can not say anything.The option "be a jerk and make sarcastic remarks" does NOT exist!

PS: there is some variablity in the manufacture of oil pans, sometimes, so dipsticks are not 100% on, in all cases, just the next best thing, short of a complete drain and correct refill.
