I noticed there was no official picture thread to show off our cars... problem solved. :biggrin:

I'm not a moderator... so I obviously don't make the rules. But back in the prelude forums I'm from, there was only 1 rule in the picture thread... each post must include a picture; it would be cool if it were like that here as well. =)

Road rash I repaired on the front passenger side lower bumper looks pretty good.

They are 22" MKW M54's, but I think they've been discontinued after I bought them. At least that's what I was told when I went looking for a replacement for one of the wheels that broke. Offset was +38 if I remember correctly.

It's the Lexus IS/GS color called 'Glacier Frost Mica'. It looks so cool under street lamps or when the sun is shinning on it. It's a base white color but has very tiny blue, yellow, and dark grey metallic flakes in it so it turns different colors in different light! I've been wanting to a picture of my car when it reflects in a different color but I basically suck at using my camera and it just pulls the light reflection back into the lens and makes the picture all ugly. :cry: And I'm back to stock wheels after I hit a pothole and cracked one of those MKW wheels. Would have replaced the broken one but they discontinued it.. :cry: :cry:

hey Eric,

on your messin' with the photo editor pic of your car, do you have LEDs illuminating the lower grill areas or did you add highlights to the photo? if they are lights, could you post a close up pic of them?

I did actually have LED lights there for a while, but I've since taken them off and I think I've thrown them away (they were cheap $5 autozone LED strips). :frown:

Thanks alot. I got the 240 about 3 months ago, actually I just finished the motor today. It didnt run when I bought it.

That's the way to buy those cars though. Get 'em broken and cheaper and then fix it up to how you like it. You should make a thread about it in the 240sx section w/ more pictures. :bigthumb:
