Are there any differences in using OEM coil packs and MAF sensors for an Infinit QX4 versus the same nonOEM quality parts from NAPA?

NAPA's Echlin line of ignition parts are made by Standard Motor Products. Generally SMP's parts are great, as long as you avoid their lower "T" suffixed line of parts. However, as I mentioned in your other thread, the OEM parts you require can be purchased online for roughly the same price as aftermarket parts (there's maybe a $20-40 difference in the end) so why chance it? I would go with OEM in your case.

Thanks again. Can you provide a good online OEM parts supplier that you would buy from?

I'd purchase OEM parts from Courtesy Parts or Factory Nissan Parts. You can also give Rob Lacy (of Factory Nissan Parts) a call at 1-866-742-0297. If you PM me your VIN, I can give you exact part numbers.
