Basically I want to see how tall your coilovers go up. I am considering maxing the coils all the way up for when I move the car. Though she does get onto trailers with the help of hills and wood block, there is no way it's fitting on an auto transport. I wonder if they can go taller then stock.

My only guess is that maybe someone was drinking beer in the garage and decided they wanted to take a funny 4x4 picture. If you are that person please post.

i went through the same situation when moving my cars around when i was in the military

what type of auto transport are you using?

i highly recommend an enclosed transport.. and most of them have hydraulic lifts and i had no need to raise my s13 ..

its worth the extra dough imo

You should measure how much thread is left below the bracket to see how much more you can raise it.

I think I have about 3 inches left up front, so that might put my car a little below stock height.

From memory I think I can 5 inches before the threads are out of the tube so I might be able to bring the front up 3 inches, I cant remember the rear. I just need to make sure it can get on a auto trailer and off without scraping.

Really? :chuckle:

So what if I have. Hmm let me see if I can find pictures.

This is my S14 with the Megan Streets maxed all the way up. I had both the collars and the bodies all up.

Truck wheels to go with the 4x4 status.

The thing with most coils is, they use shorter then stock damper bodies to prevent bottoming out when the car is lower. They dont have very much travel to begin with, so even maxxed out, you dont get much.

Here is what you need. Really 4x4 status.

My side skirts and lip are 8 inches off the ground now..... nuts and it has about 1.5 more inches of threads. I'll take pics this week.
