same here, the welds where the flange/bracket connnects to the head are good welds, not the best but good...the rest are okay welds, not good but okay. the only problem i had with my obx unit was the location of the oxygen sensor. the o2 sensor wouldn't fit because i was trying to put it on after i installed the header, so i had to take it out and put the sensor in and then put the header in. In the process of doing so the little plastic tip of the o2 sensor bent at 90 degree angle up against the firewall, it didn't break and the wires are stil good, but the location is horrible. i got it started fir about 30 seconds and it sounded like a v8, but then the plastic cap i was using for the aiv bung melted and then it sounded like a lawnmower.lol. peace
