Its not the fact that you can or can't post your experiences with a company or person. You just need to do so in a professional manner. With proof of your dislikes. Everyone can complain about customer service and things of that nature, lord knows I do all the time. But if you have specific complaints about a certain product, coming on a forum that gets over 1 million hits a day and just spouting off at the mouth isn't going to get you anywhere, and will be deleted by me or any of the other mods who catch it. That statement is not directed at anyone either, so don't get all whiny.
But if you bought a shift knob for example, and the threads weren't even the same cut, then by all means, let us know, even if they are the highest paying sponsor NICO has, we can address the situation like adults and find a reasonable way to deal with it.
I ordered a Turbo from a large company 3 months ago, just today I called and cancelled the order and was charged a 20% restock fee do to company policy. There customer service was horrible at best and I was forced to find a new dealer for my turbo kits. So everyone has to deal with the same thing.
I talked with Cameron tonight, I'll be taking a trip to his shop this weekend. At which time I'll take a ton of pics and see what he's all about. If I go up there and find a shack in his back yard with a bunch of lawn mower parts, I'll be the first one to let everyone know. But if he has a decent setup and is doing his best to do his bussiness in a professional yet profitable manner, I'll post that as well.
Until such a time comes, just shut up about who says whatever. Take your pics and post away, but until I see somthing to actually complain about, its all going to be assumed as fiction. I love these boards just like we all do, we're a big family. There's no need for slingin mud around.
