I saw a Silvia a few weeks ago w/o the decklid spoiler and loved the look, especially w/the fat tires.

I'm running Kumho 245/45/16's (the cheap ones).

Looks good without the wing. I need to take the foam one of my hatch this winter. I'm afraid to do it to see how bad the situation is.

It looks good without the wing. Although I am confused on why your license plate changed when you took the wing off.

it looks like the pics were taken in the same area, but at different times.

he bought the car in california, hence the cali plates in the older first pic. the second two both have an az plate, brm exhaust, and bigger wheels. they must have been taken recently.

lookin good greg.

I searched for about 6 months... Parameters were:

Black, perfect body panels, no rust, and under $3K.

I like the wing, usually.

Just remember now Greg, car is technically illegal, you have no 3rd brake light. That's the reason the verts all had a wing, no place to mount the 3rd brake light on the inside. But if you don't have a problem with inspection don't worry about it.

Looks good, I've come close a couple times to getting a vert.

Biggie - Not a big deal, but actually the CHMSL is not required by law.

It is required to be included by the auto manufacturer, but the majority of states' codes say you must have at least ONE red light that illuminates upon braking as well as display red lighting (visible from x feet away) when driving after dark.

So removing the CHMSL is no biggie, biggie.

p.s. Glad you approve, Lumpi.
