Ill let you know of course. I know there is alot of work to put a jz in a 240 i researched it. It would be from my sis's boyfriend's friend. Its been in his garage for like 3 years so i dont know the condition, or the price of anything. I told my sis's bf to find out. Once i know you will know!

Run no thermostat, this will rule out a bad thermostat, and car will stay nothing but cool. Try rebleeding on a hill or with front wheel off the ground.

Anyone interested in a dyno day.. I'm getting a feeler of who's interested. Local shop in central nj, I spoke with said no problem. So, I'm starting to get a feeling of how many guys want to dyno. Majority of guys 240's as always. It will be a dynapack dyno, 3pulls 20bucks or 45 with wideband. I figure end of May 23/30th one of those weekends.

Miro: I dunno about that big wing then again v8 in bay negates it I guess. Are you running a lower gear in rear.. j30

I like the wing. It's actually supposed to be 4" taller than that but order somehow got screwed up and I got sent shorter wing stands... will get that sorted out soon. But yeah, plenty of things not perfect about the car but who's going to talk sh*t when there's an LS1 in there. Might switch to J30 later on. I'll see how annoying the gears are with 240 rear end... have read that 1st and 2nd are pretty much useless.

This time its going to be at Wired, in linden. I setup last year's dyno meet at max. good guys overall.

Wings are hit or miss to most...yeah rev of a v8 will shut up most people. I'd be concerned more so of the diff or axle taking a crap..stock gear is just too short and puts excess strain on rear. Recommend sourcing a J30 or lower on the side for the just in case moments. I'll be at ECB next weekend sat or sun..shooting some video.

Dyno meet update probably May 23/4 as I was told HIN is 16th, ECB is 30/1st.

I passed by Edgewater because i live in hoboken no knowing about the crowd there on thursdays but it was cool... saw one dude in a S13... We said wassup to each other really quick and got the thumbs up for nissan...

hey pyro how you been. so you are goin to an event think weekend, i wish i could make it. im saving for a rebuild right now but the car is coming together pretty nicely. got the nitrous problem all settled out. in want to go to the track but with my new track u just dont have time anymore. is everyone still goin to edgewater? i heard they closed it down.

i dont really have any pix. the last two events i ran on my shty all seasons w/ a fked up alignment. the car is actually at the shop right now getting the alignment set up properly.

im gonna try and make next week depending on how work goes but idk if ill run or not... i have an assload of spare tires to burn off but... idk

yeah aslong as the weather holds up pretty decent im set to run the road course at english town this sat. theres like 150 cars registered its crazy but ive been setting the car to grip like a beast.

edgewater well... i stopped going when all the crap happened... lets just say i had a warning from the inside lol. im all down for new meeting spots but dont really want to be around 440 too many bad memories down there hah. lately ive just been trying to go to any event that comes up. im actually thinking of running time attack this year if i can get everything together and running right. u already got a ka ur rebuilding or u freshening up the one in ur car?
