Yeah i looked at an S14 in charlotte at like crown point auto sales on Monroe Road and it seemed to have water damage...Used car dealerships suck. BTW i'll either be going to State or Chapel Hill next year.

I'd start w/ suspension and brakes...Then get some more power. Power is nothing without control.

will you pass inspection with an SR swap? I live in charlotte and have a 1992 s13 coupe and i will need a new engine fairly soon. So i was wondering around how much the total thing woud cost and what parts were involved. I was considering this rather than rebuilding my engine. Also I was wondering how much more horsepower you could get our of keeping the engine NA.

I wouldn't really recommend AutofX to do your engine swap. We just finished an sr20de swap in a 200sx the otherday at my shop it wasn't all that bad to do and I wouldnt think the det would be much harder to drop in a 240. You can email me at [email protected] and I will give you my phone number if you would like to talk about it. As long as you have everything for the swap it should be pretty painless.

*BTW* This is p_m_p's friend with the shop

Does anyone know any good spots to practice drifting in the johnston county, or wake county area? The only places I know of are hit and run.

the parking lot behind the "Carolina Outlet Center" in Smithfield is a pretty good one. i always try to get there especially when it rains.:D other than that, i usually just hit up some of the dirt/gravel roads around eastern Johnston County/Western Wayne County. i'd like to actually get to some kinda event and learn what the hell i'm supposed to be doing, but the car needs a lil more repair work first.;)

I go to school over at JCC, so I'll check that out. The only other place I've gone is over behind Goody's, theres a fun circle to drift when it's wet.

a good place to drift would be out at Wake-Tech. They have a fairly new parking lot that is f###ing hugh. However, there is a Highway Patrol Filling station up the road, but it should be fine late at night.
