ok seams the ecm is not sending a good signal to the power transistor. If you did not see a higher voltage on any of those wires ,even for just an instant, The ecm is not sending the signal.

Have you checked the signal wires on the CAS in the same manner? need to see if it is sending a signal and if its power and ground are good.

havent checked the CAS yet where should I check it? The connector at the CAS or where?

Also is there any other connectors I should check to make sure they are plugged in?

your gonna wanna look for the same type of signal on the 2 green wires with a tracer. on the black with white tracer wire you should see 12volts, and on the black wire you should see less then .2v

Where do i probe to test it? if I probe by the ECU should I take the ECU off and probe them or should I probe the connector that connects onto the CAS?

tested the connector that plugs into the CAS Im not sure how to check the wire color without tearin it apart but it went like this when first started cranking first wire hit .25v then went to .18v-.19v and stayed there second was 11.6v just with the car on (my battery sucks and is about dead again and only read 11.6 straight from it) when cranking it was like 10.6v the other 2 wires hit .20v when first started cranking then were .18v-.19v

If I should test by the ecu next do I take the ecu off or how should I probe?

was the connector plugged in when you tested? It needs to be connected to the sensor and you back probe it.

yes all the tests you have done should have been done while they were plugged in.

You take a T-pin and stick it in the back of the connector ,into the pin you want to test. and clip your alligator clip on your probe lead on to the t pin.
