The switches on these go out pretty frequently. You can go to a junkyard and get one on the cheap if you are on a budget. You have to remove the steering wheel and take it apart. Kind of a pain, but it'll save you a bunch of money. If you want a new one, here's the ad from Autozone near where I live, I can't imagine the price would vary much wherever you are.

hope this helps!

Yeah new switch or you can turn them up and leave them until you get the switch installed.

Take off the cap of the headlight motor and turn it in the specified direction and your headlights will slowly go up.

Here's the tutorial that shows how to clean the headlight switch contacts.

Also, try cleaning the motor grounding wire.

Oh yeah another thing that thread does not mention is to ever-so-slightly bend the contacts "up" so they make firm contact. I did the whole cleaning thing but was still having issues so I took it apart again and still noticed small arc burns, so I bent them up slightly to strengthen contact (Then eventually start sagging downward over time, hence probably what stems this whole problem). Doing so will create more springiness upward and prevent the contacts from lightly touching each other as opposed to being fully connected. BTW, this fixes the whole "burning up headlights" problems as well.

Oh and if your wondering which contacts to bend upward, it is the non-removable ones.

By fuses do you mean relays too? Cause there's what 2 or 3 relays in the box on the driver's side that control the headlight operation as well, one of them could be bad. YOu can test them by removing them, popping the covers off, putting a current to the coil side contacts and watching to see if the switched side contact moves to complete the circuit. There's usually a little diagram on top of the relay cover that will show you which contact is which, but its easy enough to figure out just by looking if you've got the cover off. Or you can just replace them all and hope for the best lol
