*shrugs*motorex charges 28k for a stock one. depending on the extent of its "nismo parts" (if it had coilovers, turbo upgrade, etc) it could be worth it. if I had 32k I'd buy it.

I know, my brother actually found it and told me about it...it was under "Unspecified". But the person is crazy for puttin it on AutoTrader cuz it would actually not be all that hard to sell...

People pay that much for MKIV supras all the time. I'd much rather spend my money on that rather than a supra if I had the money.

I found a black R32 GTS4 about half an hour from my house for about $20k. I think for $32k, the GTR is worth it.

Naw ,if I had that much cash, I'd do the supercharged VQ40DE swap in my Maxima that I never shut up about. Maybe a rear-drive conversion. And some Volk LE37's wearing a set of Toyo Proxes. 700+ hp to the wheels, looks bone stock. That's my idea of a car! I think I'd rather have that than an R32.

S skyline has been my dream car for years. Before gran turismo, before I even knew anything about nissans in general or imports... I've wanted a skyline since I first read about them when I was around 10 or 11. Back then it was the R32 that I loved, and I never really like the R33 as much. The R34 looks good, mean and scary like it should. But when I think skyline I think back to the R32. Over a supra? of course I'd choose the skyline. In fact I'd choose it over a viper, vette, porsche, or just about anything else. I love those cars, but the skyline just does something for me that few other cars can.

^ No better way to say it.

Sure there are many projects that I can do with the $$$, buuuuuutttt.....Its still not a Skyline. Did I mention that girls will love you? If I didnt, then let me tell you know. THEY WILL! They'd probably ride in the passenger seat to pay toll just so they could get a ride in that beast. Then well......The dream ends there.

But still they will love your freakin car. And you will too.

I've ridden in a couple just cause I'm lucky enough to know gsxtasee and he knows how much I appreciate them. A TT Skyline has got to be crack on wheels. But--and this is based on the limited experience I have--the car does not attract girls. It attracts guys.

You need the porsches, lambo's and the cars ladies associate with money and sports cars they know about if you really want to attract them. Just being able to own a skyline would be pretty cool though.

an R32 with 3.75" catback, 9" wide TE37's, kevlar hood, door skins, and trunk lid, wangan style wing, and a big intercooler in the front. rev it up and listen to the SSQV whistle. yeah, that would attract plenty of girls I know.

would it help if the tip was titanium burnt, the car was pearl white and shod in a doo luck body kit, the kevlar was left unpainted, and the TE37's were gold with a 1" lip and shod in R compound tires?

theres a local guy who would take 24k for his R32 GTR, its got a few mods too like power fc, 18" volks, ect. Valid US VIN and daily driven. Skylines are getting to be not so rare in the US.

I need to look into this whole "cheap skylines" phenomenon. $32k AIN'T BAD for that thing. Although, other uses of $32k are as follows:

Early 90's NSXEarly/Mid 90's Dodge ViperE36 M3 + goodies for it

Those would all be much better at impressing the ladies, but they also each have the disadgantage of, uh, you know, not being GT-Rs.

older vipers are money pits, according to several people I know. They are dodges, after all.... I guess they start to blow up after 50k or so. And they are usually driven hard. NSX's are a good deal, hondas at heart so they last a long time. But jesus, ding the fender, and its a $3,000 repair! NSX is nice though, but it doesn't have the room of the GTR for a daily driver.M3 is a good choice too, but too common. I see too many grandpa and granma types doing 60 in the left hand lane in m3's.
