How the hell do you get to the tails? I want to change my turn sigs out..

You have to take out a few plastic black screws and then pull out part of the fabric that surrounds the trunk and is in back of the taillights. Then you'll see where the turn signal goes into the taillight assemblies and can remove and replace the bulb from there.

That's what I figured when I looked back there...sounds simple enough. Thanks and welcome back Eric!

^It's pretty easy & straightforward until you get to the 2 pieces on the trunk... at that point it becomes a PITA and patience is needed.

Wait, which pieces? I've taken out the taillights on my M45 a couple times and it was quick.. about 3 minutes each side.

3 minutes? Lmao... riiiiiiiiigggggghhhhhtttt!!!! ...and what do you mean what pieces? there's 4 pieces to our tail lights, the 2 main ones on the corners and the 2 smaller pieces on the trunk... Are you sure you're Eric and you own a Y50 M45? lol...

OHHHHHHHHHHHH!! YES YES YES, the pieces on the trunk are a complete PITA. I was about to start ripping them out after I spent like 15 minutes on one side and a little piece cracked. I thought you were just talking about the taillights on the bumper not on the trunk lol. My bad!

^Yesssss... I felt the same effing way man, I'm normally not so patient when I'm working on my cars/motorcycles but to be honest I really needed to not spend any more money than what I had already paid for them... neither installing them nor buying that piece that you cracked, so for the first time ever I took my sweet as$ time and manage to not break it. Had these lights not been so expensive I would've broken that trunk cover piece... wtf was Nissan thinking when they built our trunk anyways? I spent about 45 minutes just trying to figure out how not to break them... and this is how you do it, after you unscrew the obvious bolts, you pull up on that piece and expose 3M double sided tape, you will see it flexing and you just cut it with a blade all the way down, and then you do all the hidden bolts & plastic tabs and whatnot. But that double sided tape is what makes it so much harder.

Yeah I figured out how to do it eventually and used some super glue on the cracked part . Seriously though.. what was Nissan thinking? The bolts held everything in perfectly fine without needing to add double sided tape.

I ordered them from Sewell infiniti (Dallas) off ebay but I just checked & there's no more listings from them man... maybe you can call them and ask them if they have more available.
