It's just like corner gas the same way a regular office is like Dunder Mifflin or Initech - a bit exaggerated, but not too far from the truth. I grew up in a big city, but when I watch it with friends from small towns, I have definitely heard the phrase "that's so true" come up before. People in Saskatchewan LOVE the show, you see corner gas T-shirts all over the place.

They filmed it in a little town called Rouleau, which is about 30 minutes away from here.
