Nope.

Wife has that one. Buttons are fine for girl fingers, too small for mine.

Plus I like my big screen.

Can we put a word filter in that changes "blackberry" to "dingleberry"?

It's so deserved...

My mom just got a Droid today. I played around with it for a while.

It definitely is the closest thing to the Iphone so far. It is similar yet so different. The browser also seems good. The OS is VERY fast and responsive. It is more of a little computer than a phone. Not quite as aesthetically pleasing as the Iphone, but it has much more options.

/tangent rant. lol

Hmmmm. Might be time to hit the Verizon store.

On a side note, I've been with the same cell company for almost 20 years...

I was with Pac-Tel in 1990, then they became AirTouch, then Verizon.

You'd think they'd give me some free s***, huh?

Go there and check it out. The stores around here, all of the display phones are active so you can try out every feature. If you were in town I could probably get you one for free.

I wasn't a very tech savvy person and always had something from the LG 8000 lineup. This phone kicks so much a** and I've never been more happy with a phone. It does anything you could possibly want (with the exception of John's request that it blow him) and there is an application for everything.

I used to. That is why I am so particular about phones. My best friend, Steve "Staples" Crosby, works for the corporate store here in town. He got John and me the Droid.

Staples is also a member on here. Two years, zero posts . With one of the nicest, most tastefully modded g37s I know of.

Please do, he is a good dude and will help anyone out however he can.

Tell him to post on here too, with pictures of his car. He is a little disappointed with the G forum over here.

The Storm was such a halfass attempt at a multimedia device.

I might do the BB Tour next. I'm waiting for an Android device to come out that has the BB's convenient little keyboard with angled keys to prevent errors and slipped thumbs.

The Motorola's keyboard is flat and wide, making it hard to touch-type accurately. If they could remedy that, I'd be sold. Its a pretty nice device otherwise.

I got the GF the motorola cliq for xmas.

It's the same as the droid, except they added motoblur which is just an always connected app. Hardware is pretty much the same, except the arrow pad is on the opposite side.

It is pretty nice. OS is very fast. I'm not a fan of the keyboard button feel though...

The Cliq runs Android 1.5, while the Droid runs 2.0 (updated to 2.1), the Cliq doesn't have a flash and comes with a 2gb micro sd compared to the Droid's dual led flash and 16gb micro. The screen size of the Cliq is 320x480 while the Droid's is 480x854. The same? Hmmm...

Same (adjective)1 a : resembling in every relevant respect b : conforming in every respect 2 a : being one without addition, change, or discontinuance : identical b : being the one under discussion or already referred to3 : corresponding so closely as to be indistinguishable
