I would suggest next time you read the whole thread before reposting stuff we already covered.

lol weird yeah It just happened when I upgraded to a profec controller as well. Speaking of which, how the **** do you set those? Its so confusing for no reason. I dont understand the bars and all the different sub menus. Hell I could have those settings way off too. My gain could be wrong, I dont know. That thing is retarded.

And I dont know the gap. I'll check the box the plugs came in tho.

if it is like mine it has nothing to do with the plugs. but yeah i agree about setting the profec. but did you try adjusting the fpr down a little? cause it is getting flooded.

Oh yeah its my fpr. Took it out for another run and it was bogging sick. Obviously I tuned the fpr higher instead of lower lol. Give me a few. Gotta figure out how to adjust this thing.

I got some footage of the insane bogging too.

If you are going to try to be a smart *** please be correct. I wanted to know the specific gap he was running.

Post after yours.... Dattebayo

I dont think ive ever bought bkr7e's w/ the right gap for the sr20det.Those nismo AFPR's have a pretty bad reputation of acting funky and going bad. Look into getting an Aeromotive or a SARD AFPR.

You need to chill. That angry explosion was not necessary, as I said we already covered it. The small difference in the gap from what they come with compared to what it is supposed to be is not enough to cause his issue.

Please be more curtious next time. And if I were you, I would watch it. Mouthing off at 29 days in is not a good way to start your way around here.

His FPR is not a Nismo, if you had actually read the thread you would have understood that.

Sorry for not responding in a while. My modem died and it had to get replaced.

Anyway lowering the fpr really reduced the spitting. I'm going to adjust it some more probably monday to get it so it stops spitting. After that though I still have to figure out how to turn up the boost.

This boost controller is so confusing.

Its a greddy profec 2

Got it to stop spitting.

I think I might have a boost leak. Are boost leaks audible? I can kinda hear a hissing from the intake piping to the FMIC. I dunno though I cant pin-point the sound. It could just be the radiator fan. I'm gonna look more into it after I post this.

I just wanted to update u guys.

As well as does anyone know about a greddy profec 2 spec b boost controller?Like how to set it up, etc.?

Thanks for all your help datte. You were right about the fpr spot on.

hey i told you the same thing. cause it happened to me. no props. jp yea the greddy profec is confusing. press set and move the knob up to turn up the boost but it is all by precentage. then after that all the other tuning is trial and error. at least thats the way i did it. i turned the precentage up little at a time till i hit 13 on one of the runs. then everything else is set around that.
