I just finished my second modification to the vert. New wheels!!!! I really lke to modify my car with oem parts from other nissan models so I chose to go with the 180sx type-x/97-98 240sx 4lug/g20 wheels.

Wow those look really good on the vert!

Have you been off-roading lately? Wash your car! And get some coilovers!

Maybe throw in a Xenon lip while you're at it.

I thought the 180sx came with the same 7-spoke alloys that come on the SE 240sx. Those look bada**!

Sidenote: sil_eighty86, if you still have that black S14 for sale, I'm interested.

They came on the kouki model 96-99 I think but they also came on the 97-98 4lug 240's and the last gen g20. About the s14, my dad is driving it now so I will talk to him. I think he wants to keep it sence the only reason we where going to sell it was to get a vert and I just got a loan to buy one. But I will talk to him.

Okay, that sounds good. I have cash in hand and I'd really like to take it off your hands. I sent you an e-mail, so if you want we can talk about it on there. After all, I don't wanna be a thread pirate...

You gonna keep the wheels flat black or give em some polish?

I know the place. Look at H 62342 in below page.http://www.wheelcollision.com/nissan2.htmOr Look at H 73651 in this page.http://www.wheelcollision.com/infi2.htm

They look same to me but they charge $185 for the Infiniti and $160 for the 240sx. They are refinished, so should look like brand new wheels.

Just goolge it. You will see many places sells OEM or OEM replacement wheels.http://www.autoelf.com/shop/al....htmlh ... m/....html

Or you can buy from eBay and get Nissan center caps if you don't mind used ones.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVWh ... rs...ZWDVW

When I saw $160, I thought you meant for the set!

Check http://www.copartfinder.com/ for a semi-local junkyard that has a G20 or non-SE S14 with these wheels on them. You could probably get a full set for $200 or so pretty easy. You can probably even find them with nice tires on them for a little more.

They are pretty nice wheels for that price! I'm going to keep them in mind for if/when I build a Sileighty.

Well, he always wanted some Volks, so I figured he wants new or refinished ones. Yeah, if you are going to paint those, cheap used beat up wheels will work great.

If they're coming from a 99+ G20 that didn't get too smashed up, they're probably in good shape...

Yeah I plan on getting a set of Volks or Rays but they're kinda expensive for me right now. I'm exploring cheaper alternatives.

BTW thanks for the links 94 and ish. I bookmarked them just in case.

I guess you can say this was my inspiration. Bee*R's are hot also don't get me wrong. I'd probably get a set in white...those look awesome.

This Rota P45R looks pretty close to Bee*R, but only comes in 18s. I think wider spoke looks better. Well, maybe it's just me.

Hey 94_240sx,Those are the same rims I was looking at. If your serious about the Japan trip ... let me know .. the only place I can find in the states that sells them is RareTrick... here is a link to the page with the Bee*R's http://www.raretrick.com/index...ords= .. I;m just trying to figure the color combos for the car... still looking at the Black and Tan.. (may have the rims painted to match top color... I found some material to cover door inserts and dash pieces that matches the top... just have to find a good place to do a good paint job at a reasonable price... I was considering getting the white and paint them after if I settle on that combo... I have a white vert and thought the rims would pop nicely.... seriously let me know if you can get them cheaper in Japan..

Well, I'll go some day, but unfortunately it's not going to be soon. Problem is shipping. That's why I wanted to bring them myself. Shipping for large item from Japan to the States is really high. RareTrick has container I believe, so that's why you have to wait until their container comes in.

I know one place that has container comes in every 3 months from Japan and I'll talk to them next Monday and see if they can bring Bee*R wheels at reasonable price. It's a big shop in Cali, so they might have an account with Bee*R. I recently ordered one small Kazama part from them. It should be in the container that comes in early March. They were very nice people to deal with. Let me see what they say and I will keep you posted.
