I'm going to see if I can find the G20 wheels from the first post in this thread in a junkyard and use them for winter wheels. They look much better than the stock SE rims.

Those Bee*Rs are incredible, but it looks like you'd definitely need a widebody for them not to be overkill.

True. What I meant was I might want to get just wheels for thr rear. I think you might be able to get away with just a fender roll, minus camber and right size tires.

The face of the Bee*Rs reminds me of that tool you use when you drop something into a hard to reach place. (The one that you squeeze and the metal "fingers" come out to grab the item.)

No, much smaller than that, and more fingers.

Like this:

I've seen them at the dollar store before. I think it's proper name is "claw pick up tool". My Dad used to call it "chinese fingers", but I have no idea why. That tool and the "magnetic pick up tool" have saved me many times. I actually once used it to retrieve a small bolt that fell into a combustion chamber when rebuilding an engine. Much easier than taking the head off.

Man.. I never thought about using those to pick up soup cans... damn.. I went and got married and had kids just so they could pick up the soup cans for me... if I only knew sooner, my vert would be already done..

Bah, I just use an antenna from an RC car remote with some chewed gum on the end to pick things up. Definitely gonna look for one of those anyways though...

That works great until the gum decides to stick to the part but not to the antenna.

Oh yeah, wheels... I think I found some Blizzaks for cheap, now I just need to see if I can locate a set of G20 rims.

Okay guys.Today, I had a conversation with a manager of the place I mentioned before. They have a container full of parts coming from Japan once a month. Unfortunately, they don't have an account with Bee*R, so he said it's not possible. Yes, he knew about the Bee*R wheels. He said they just opened an account with Tanabe, so they will carry whole line of SSR wheels. Tanabe bought SSR a couple of years ago. He said I should try to get them directly from Japan. I know someone in Japan, and let me see if he can do something. It'll take several of days for me to find out since emails and calls have to go back and forth between me, him and Bee*R. If he can ship them to the U.S., it's going to be 'To your door.' If you have a trouble with U.S. Custom, you have to take care of it. How? There is a bunch of shipping companies near any major airports and they know what to do(paper work, tariff...etc.). I know this because I had talked to a couple people before I went to Japan and brought my wheels back. Luckily, custom people didn't even bother to check my wheels at the airport. Anyway, I'll keep you guys posted.

Hmm, maybe I'll get one of those for my gf so she doesn't have to use the ladder in the kitchen.

Bee*R B5 wheels are completely sold out in Japan, and no ETA available. Bad news is... Bee*R is having trouble negotiating with their subcontractor, so there's big chance that they will just discontinue B5. Well, I tried...

Looks like your only hope would be Rare Trick...

...or you can always get the URAS NS-01 or Gravity Gullflames...those Gullflames are hotness.

Don't forget Volk TE37/LE37'S (played out or not they're still hot)

These are all you need.

They used OEM bearings, so quality should be very good. Haven't seen any problems or people complaining about them. I bought 2 pairs of Ichiba 15mm spacers and quality was amazing. Way better than I though. Besides, Ichiba is a NICO sponsor. Or you can go to junkyard and pull the hubs from s14/z32 if you want to do it cheap.
