Your brakes look great, so do the wheels although they might look even better in black . Just to stand out a little more

I don't expect everyone to like them.... that's not why I bought them. Everything I do to my car is because "I" want it that way. Not everyone liked the old wheels.... so what's the difference!?! At least you voiced your opinion. That's all that matters!

To be honest with you, I never really liked them either. It also didn't help that most people that had them had big nasty aero etc...... which as you know I'm not really a fan of. So they kind of left a sour taste in my mouth. However, when my friend bought them for his 98', they kind of grew on me. He had them sitting in my shop so we could pull his quarters then throw them on. So before we did his, we threw them on mine on one side to see what they looked like for s***s and giggles. They looked sick! I didn't know whether I would like them on a stock bodied S13, but I instantly fell in love. Then after owning them for 2 weeks, he decided that he wanted something else. So I picked them up from him. Full car shots are awesome...... they fit the car really, really well as far as styling goes. Some people may actually change their mind once they see full car shots.

I used to have a conservative view of aftermarket aero on coupes...

but I've learned that its inevitable - with the exception of the aero bumper and oem sides.

Asked!

I asked and then proposed a writeup of my car, where it's at, where it's going, what exposure it's already had, what exposure it's going to get in the future and finally a bunch of pictures.

Of course I didn't even end up using the sponsorship, but oh well.

Well I didn't really mean that I had full car shots. I meant seeing the car in full with your eyes.

I dont understand this concept... what can they offer you? when you say in 'use' the sponsorship...

discounts on wheels?

Yes, I was offered a set of wheels of my choice below distributor pricing.

Off topic about this thread, but did you try using the remote for the alpine head unit today? I watched a video about that deck and you're right, it pretty much doesn't need a remote at all.
