P45R's in 17x9+25 and 17x9.5+30. 235/40/17 & 255/40/17. No rolling. Oo look for similar sizes in other wheels.truckmtr240 wrote:I'm not looking to roll my fenders or anything so OK.
Yeah that traction stuff is for losers and JDM fanbois.truckmtr240 wrote:I don't need really wide wheels that make me slower and drive worse.
knowledge unto deaf ears...duffman1278 wrote: learn to SEARCH so you can see why people are recommending that you get a better offset because you obviously don't understand the significance it has on the look of your car.
Hey now, I take offense to that!ChampaignSilviaS14 wrote:Anything below a 8.5 wide wheel with an offset higher than 20 will look like crap.
Too bad the same thing can't be said about the tire selection. I understand the purpose behind stretching tires but that is just retarted. He's prolly running an 11'' wide wheel with a tire that barely makes 8" of contact patch.Kalypso wrote:this thread fails...
im sure the owner of that z wasn't going for "proper contact patch and racecar performance" when he chose his wheel/tire sizes. Im sure he was going for maximum awesome, which he nailed.ddgsxr504 wrote:Too bad the same thing can't be said about the tire selection. Amen to that. That's precisely why I made the recommendation that I gave above. A subtle stretch can look great and I believe that tires wider the 265 are pretty excessive on most 240's. The setup I posted above should fit pretty easy, be close to flush & provide good traction.ddgsxr504 wrote:

you're not deep in the game, you're just a hater - with a car that doesnt look like this.ddgsxr504 wrote:

Nahh. I just drive my car so bieng that low is not functional or possible with the places I have to drive. I mean I could slam my car so that the wheel lips kiss the fender but I would wind up losing my exhaust somewhere in the process.Kalypso wrote:

Why are we all the sudden haters just because we don't like stretched tires.Kalypso wrote:
