Hey guys im fresh off of a loss of a 240sx Convetible. With the settlement money from the incident, I purchased a Black 94 TT 300ZX. Its in runable condtion but had some stalling problems at first. After some tweaks with the iac, my father and I had it in a nonstalling condition. The turbos seem to spool just fine and it stays in the correct temp range. There seems to be a slight grind in the transmission when i try to go into 4th but all other gears are good. This car came with catless exhaust comming from the downpipes and looks to be about a 3 incher. It also has a Blitz SBC valve on it. I have no previous experience with turbos or boost controlers but I believe that I need an interface to be able to utilze it, is this correct? Thats about it for now and here is the load of pics.

Damn man, what did you hit!!

Z looks good for that mileage. Measure the OD of the exhaust pipes to be sure on the size. If its a 2.5 and you wanna sell it, I'll buy.

You need a Blitz SBC boost controller, or at least the electronic part of it.

I assume you plan on doing something about the wheels?

Nice Z32. Why do you have 2 different sets of wheels on it though?

LOL :-) It's a B&B quad oval, only the sexiest exhaust for the Z ever made, congrats.

Konigs are ugly pieces of ****, they don't belong on any Z, let alone any Nissan.

Just my 2 pennies.... Cars and wheels can be a personal thing. But It seems with each car made there is always a good looking set of wheels to set it off. I've seen several I think that would look good but I have yet to decide to go with any of them yet. The new shelbys that are out have a fantastic wheel I think they refer to them as fr500's pretty sharp for a oem wheel. But I have seen one from sportmax that keeps getting my eye. I think its the 006.

The Konigs in the back are knock-offs of the SSR Integral. They're not so much ugly as they are poor quality knock offs of higher quality wheels.

Yes, I agree with you on the fronts, they are nasty!! But the rears I like and will probably get a set of those as well as ALL matching tires!

Right, like I said, A knock off of the SSR Integral:

SSR Integral:

Konig Villan

I'm just saying, they're not ugly, but I'd bet my bottom dollar they're cast, and there for heavy and weak relative to the forged SSR.

O guys and another question on the Blitz SBC, if I unplug the battery of the car will the Valve loose its presets?!? Also, while looking for an interface for the SBC, I found a Dual SBC which I presume would be for a car with twin turbo. So my question is would I be better off if I were to get the Dual SBC instead of trying to go with the "Single" SBC? Or could it be wired up to utilize the wastegates on both turbos? Any info would be appreciated!!

Hell yeah! The moment I saw it I knew that's my new exhaust. Still available? Merry Xmas, Dogg.

Nice looking project, Otto, manual TT's rock. Way better than the 'vert, IMO. Silver lining in the storm cloud, perhaps!?

Well my insurance stayed the same. I looked on progressive.com to get an idea of the change and the 300 still came up cheaper than my 240 and my Altima.
