new to this import and forum scene

whats up guys just wanted to say i just bought my first 1990 240sx going to start building it up ive been fabricating since my old man put the welder lead in my hand at about 3 : ) love hotrods bikes and rock crawling im 27 as of the 21st of this month and live in buena park ca figure id try my hand at sliding a car around a track it was always fun at the gocart track till i got yelled at to stop. well here it is i bought the 240 for $1100 5 spd sr20 under the hood gutted inside bolt in roll cage and greddy exhaust so far my buddy and i fixed the miss fire in the motor thought to be the wiring checked the injecter had power did a compression test 160 across the board ended up being a bad spark plug now to fix the trans we were told he was hit in the rear and since then its been stuck in first as of last night we pulled it out tore it apart some how the accident jambed up the shifting forks sorted all that out put it back together and feels great. going to pull the motor out clean the engine out make a stand alone wiring harness for the motor and build up the dash switches relays ect for the rest of the car like lights gauges. hope this wasnt to long of a first post like i said im new to this as soon as i figure out how to post pics i do so
