Welcome to the forum. Congratulations on your M! If you have a photo bucket account, Rogue explained it beautifully. If you don't have an account, just use tinypic . com. It's fast and free.
You asked fort advise, but nothing specific.
My first recommendation is to take it to an Infiniti dealer for an oil / filter change. You will spend more than at the local quickie places, but the service rep can look up the history of the car, and they will do a thorough inspection of brakes, tires, suspension, battery, fluids, etc. This will give you a good starting point. Mind you, they are there to sell services, but no need to have any of it done there. I always recommend doing it yourself, but ONLY if you have the proper tools and know what you are doing. I have very few tools, and even less automobile repair experience, so my car usually gets looked after by the dealer.
These care are NOT cheap to maintain, but if you keep everything up to date, they will run nearly forever.
