New to Nico ~ Just bought Altima Coupe

Hola! I just bought a 2008 Altima 2.5 S Coupe. I want some nice rims but not sure what's hot or not! ;-) Ideas please!

WOW! Your cars are gorgeous! Mine is silver. I'm not sure if I should go black out or chrome. I'm lovin the Vossen VVSCV1 matte black with machined faced SS lip. I also don't like the white and red lights in my front dash. I wanted something that would go with the silver color of my car. It has black leather interior as well. At first I was thinking the white lights to go with the dash lights, but I think that would make it too bright inside. What are you all thinking? Any ideas are helpful. I'm excited to see what I can do. ;-)

If you go Vossen, I would definitely go CV3, same price as the CV1's and look better in my opinion (what I'm planning on getting).
Eriko has CV3's on his, I could link you to a pic if you wanted.

Edit: I meant just check them out, I know people have different styles.

When looking at wheels you gotta consider possible future mods Like lowering springs or Coilovers.
Then you gotta look at rim height, width, and offset.
Dont get discouraged though. If you search around the forum you'll find a ton of different setups.
Heres mine. Volk Progressiv Spoke's 19x8.5+35 19x9.5+38

And Tenzo Type M's in charcoal 19x8.5+45 all around

You can never go wrong with Vossen's lol. If you can afford it, I say do it!

Edit: You DON'T have to get the CV3s, seriously everyone and their mother have them already! I wouldn't run those wheels even if I got them for free lol.

the way i see it... buying new shoes for your car is like defining your style.. its not personally what other people would think looks hot on your car.. everyone has their own unique style & personalization. of coarse asking for opinions are always good but in the end pick something you know you're going to love! i say love because i'm 1 of the many rim junkies on this forum.. i believe i've gone through roughly 8 sets of rims on my car. i just sold a set a couple days ago and im already on the prowl for my next set. lol is it fun? YES DEFINITELY especially since im flipping the wheels on top of that.

also like Irvxing said earlier, suspension has a lot to do with the look of your car as well. i've seen plenty of ppl drop their cars and stock wheels and they look SIMPLE AND CLEAN! and honestly for some thats all you really need. others, like myself, have the mod bug
