Some people will park right next to a cart because they have a large return or have children they want to put in it.

Maybe looking at the benefits or things differently is in order.

Then they can go get a cart from the corral.

Why walk if there is one left out in the parking lot (a place where people park thngs with wheels).

Also, these carts are very dirty. The less time you spend handling one the better off you are. Think about that one the next time you go shopping.

The state always needs more sources of revenue. As long as people go along with it then they will always come up with something.

Might as well tax everything we do and say it's for maintaining our freedom.

The state doesnt "need" more sources, it "wants" them. The state "needs" to cut spending and become more efficent just like every other private sector company out there. Cut wasteful spending, and use your money wisely. Any private sector company would have been dead long ago if it worked like the government - it's too bad that its the State and they can't go away...

I am not sure exactly what is the benefit in having a state. I do know that it employs people and they have things like jails which could explain our economic mess we are in now. Bleeding the people dry. But I can understand why people are so attracted to it. Especially if they are able to keep finding people to supply their revenue.

Thomas Paine could have said it better. He's dead though.

Funny that you mention the writer of "Common Sense" but yet have very little if any of it yourself.

Your counterpoint, or whatever makes no sense.

On the plus side while looking for a funny picture of a nut or something to post here i found a hilarious website. Check this out. It appears you were good for something.

This is the "wow factor" that keeps bringing me back to the politics forum.

I really do enjoy your contribution to my intelligence. Think I will miss you most of all. If you ever get the time please tell me how you are able to find these hilarious websites.

Maybe with this excess revenue the stores could upgrade their cameras and we could have a good "1984" situation where the store/corporation could turn in the non-returning cart offenders.
