Im looking at these rims (XXR 526) for my black altima coupe. The only thing is that these rims only come in 18" or 20" but id much prefer 19" rims.

My question is, should i get 18's or 20's and would 20" rims raise the car too much even when lowered?

If anyone has any other suggestions on rims, preferably DEEP DISH, BLACK W/CHROME OR POLISHED LIP type of rims, please share :yesnod

I've seen 20's on a few coupes and they look large but imo good. 18's look small

If you're going to spend tons on rims then you should really be getting exactly what you want and not compromise on anything. Just my 2c

Appreciate your opinions, ya id hate to go 18's and regret them because they look too small. Any suggestions on some good 19's??

I dont think i will go 18's but might consider 20s

Look into VarrsToen ES552, they kinda look like the wheels you were aiming for and they come in 19s.

If you really like those wheels, I would go 18". Will give you a bit more sidewall and keep your ride more comfortable. 20" Is not going to "raise" the car as long as you wrap them with tires that keep the factory overall diameter in spec (which you should do anyway). Read the sticky at the top of the forum about what wheels will fit my altima coupe.

EDIT: Here, its inside one of the stickies, not independent.

I would be super surprised if these were actually in stock.

may last car was a 2003 mitsubishi galant pearl white and i had XXR 001 wheels and i loved them got a ton of compliments, and they were a great wheel.

when i got my A/C i fell in love with the 526's but couldnt find them anywhere, so i tried to get the machined 502's actually ordered them from 2 different places only to have them call me and say they were on backorder for an unknown amount of time  so i asked the guy what was the deal with XXR and he said they will not give them a arrival time and he wishes he had a secret stash because he would be rich with all the people wanting them.

But I know have a set of 18" TSW Valencia wheels sitting in my garage right now along with a set of hankook ventus v12 evo tires they will be put on tomorrow morning and i will post some pictures. I am hoping to run them this summer and hopefully find the 502's in stock next year.

But you could check out the TSW's they are a similar style but have a smaller lip.

245/35/20 might not be too bad, thanks DJBeasy.

No way, is it hard to find because they are older models? Im with you, ive yet to find a set of rims that are as stunning as these... I have been taking a look on some websites and some do have them in stock. I will look more into them, and if i do find some i will let you know.

Good suggestion but they still arent these 526's imo, i found these which had no description on them.

Opinions?

Id also like to know how wide i could go with wheels on 19's or 20's without rub (offest such as 526's i think its -15)

This guy at the gym that always parks next to me at the gym has them in 20's on his 350 and they look really good. I think he got the largest sizing option because his lips are deep
