Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself and post a pic of my car. My name is Mike and I daily drive a 1983 Nissan Pulsar 5-Door Hatchback. I got it a year ago for $500 and besides a carb rebuild and changing a few wear items, I haven't done anything to the old girl. She was completely original down to the 1982 date coded spark plug wires and I want to keep her that way. My goal is to learn more about this one year only body style and do all I can to keep mine on the road.

I can't figure out how to upload a pic, but once I do I'll add one to this thread. Anyway...Hi Everyone!

Welcome and is this the Pulsar with the hatch cover? Kinda looks like a truck bed cover? I've always thought the Pulsars were cool! Can't wait to see some pics!

Welcome to NICO. I drove a late 80s Pulsar quite a few years ago (Had the CA16DE), and it was a neat little car. Didn't have a ton of power, but was extremely light and nimble, and it would just keep revving-and-revving, which is always fun (even though it wasn't really going very fast, haha).

NICO can't host the pics (we have WAAAYYY too many members to handle that kind of storage space). You have to upload them somewhere else (FB works, but FB kills the image quality) and then link to the image in your post. This thread will help;
