German Bosch was good. They sold the name to the Japanese, who now attach the name to products that are not suitable for the Q45.

Gotcha. So would it be best to just stay away from all things Bosch now? In regards to a G50? Or is there a way of telling if the item in question was pre-Japanese ownership?

AFAIK, there isn't any German Bosch, anymore. Sure, some things are fine I suppose, but NICO consistently recommends tried and proven products, and rarely finds substitutions to be as good. Maybe O2 sensors or something like that would be ok. But what do you save? Nah, not worth it. If Infiniti OEM is Bosch, then we know that product passed the test.
