Racingline, are you getting all of this?

We're such a demanding bunch, aren't we?I'd love to prototype anything and everything you develop for the 2.5 6MT! (<-- just making sure my intentions are known! haha)

the thing is, you guys are wayy down the list in terms of intakes for the A/C...

Injen, Stillen, Fujita, Weapon R, K&N (soon), AEM... right now, I think a lot of folks are looking for the air box design like AEM and K&N... if you can make one of those, for cheaper than the competition, I think that would gain you the most interest... otherwise, they may just opt for the $170 Fujita.

It just seems that in order to maximize sales, you would want to offer the thing in most demand for the least amount of money. Even if the air box design is more smoke and mirrors than providing actual gains in HP (compared to traditional short ram), it is still a great marketing tool to convince folks to buy into your product. Just my .03

short shifter for any amount you want () since no one made any for 07+ sedans or 08+ coupes

if you do, prepare for a MEGA GB

We appreciate it, but really no need for an apology. Just try to keep things a bit more respectful. I definitely saw negative undertone in "Great Response Racingline...".

lol Mcheddadi always knows how to lighten up the mood in a thread.

Anway, I agree with Doc, carbon fiber and an air box would put you in that niche market. Or you could always try and be the cheap yet reliable alternative.

Hell...why not do something no one else is doing...sell the intake and airbox as a combo and separately as well.

I have to agree with Doc....Everyone else has that design but if you offer it a lower price, now you're talking. I'm assuming too that it will have the plug in for the CAI module?..Might want to design it so the hood doesn't hit it when you close it. Other than that, a CF airbox....
