thanks for the comments guys, its been a long time coming, more pics to come, hopefully when the sun comes out and the full effect of the paint can be seen!! couple of small bits to do today, unfortunately when pulling one of the dents out the hydraulic lines were cut for the roof, so ive gotta replace a section of them today to get the roof working again... oh well, then i can do a roof vid that i keep forgetting lol

Paint it!!

Wait, what did I miss?

The car looks amazing, I love it!

The wheel fitment is terrific, but I'm not feeling the wheels themselves. A bit busy for my tastes.

Good looking vert bro, i have a question for you. How rare are s-chassis nissans in the uk? They seem to be pretty rare in the rest of europe, i am in spain and i have only seen 1 s13 and i s14.

One thing you should definitely check into as soon as you can is the drainage system for the top. I have heard the autech tops are notorious for filling up with gunk and rusting through. Other than that you bought my favourite car lol

Oh and for anyone thinking of modding their 240 top into a silvia top its impossible. They might as well be completely different cars

I wouldn't say impossible...

But this car looks great. I would love to have one eventually.

TIMELSS, I forbid you to tell anyone that there car isn't low enough until I see pix/vids of you dragging frame with your vert.

To briefly answer the n00bs question, The USDM tops are a very simple folding top that requires manual installation of the "boot" to cover it once it's down. We also have door pillars for the seatbelts.

The JDM tops have a boot that automatically opens up to allow the top to fond down and then closes over it. They don't have the door pillars.

There was a pink JDM vert on here that posted a quick vid... I'm sure Nemo can dig it up. I'll see if I can find it first.

EDIT: Found it - zerothread?id=310836
