I have a custom car I built that has an R200S differential based IRS. My R200S has 3.54 gears but I'm finding I need a taller gear. Is there an option that would get 2.95 or 3.13 (or something else in that range)?

I beleive the Nissan Xterra or Pathfinder uses a 3.13 gear ratio.

Thanks Flickitty -

Do you know if the Xterra used the R200 differential? I've found Pathfinder 3.13 R200's but so far, none seem to have limited slip (at least not marked on the outside of the case with the orange sticker others have told me to look for).

You'd have to do some modifications. I can't remember if its R200 or not, but it has axle tubes welded on to it. The Xterra is solid rear axle, not IRS.
I'm also unsure about the interchangeability with an Armada rear diff, but you could look there as well.

I thought Armada was R230?

The rear diff of an Armada is an R230, and the front is an M205. The first gen Xterra used a C200 rear diff (solid axle) and an R200A front diff. The R200A had a 48/11 ring/pinion setup for a ratio of 4.363. The C200 was 37/8 for a ratio of 4.625.

While that thread isn't complete, I didn't see any ratios that are close to what you're after. :(

What car did you nab your R200 from to get a 3.54? I used to have some info from a Japanese magazine that listed nearly every 90s and 2000s era Nissan and their ratios (I can't find the email anymore, and the image is sitting on a hard drive in storage)
