the turbo was a 4 cylinder model, the V6 wasn't introduced until they changed to the 240 mistaken body style.

I think the turbo would run low 15's while the V6 was mid range.

If you like the engine, get an MX-6 GT. They are actually decent cars and the turbo engines aren't bad, but somehow, Ford completely ****ed up when the put the Probe on the Mazda platform because the Probe plows into corners with more understeer than anything I have ever been in. I say, chop it up! Better yet, I'll get you my sister 89 "Golden Probe", and we'll burn what we don't use!

Probe was built by mazda. Ford just slapped a name on it. My 93 said manufactured by mazda on the door. Yeah I owned one. It had 3 transmissions total in 112k miles. Damn mazda automatics. Also the interior is complete crap total plastic and it rattles like no tommorow.

i think the MX-6 doesnt look too bad, but those damn probes!!! the old mx-6s kinda look like an r32 gt-s. this guy in a turbo probe tried to race me, but he took off before i was ready and i ended up catching him. they pull hard, but they arent that fast.

No, I like the interior of the S13 better then a Probe, or a car from the junk yard... And they look good too so my video game wont be an eyesore next to my bed ; )

Well, I still plan on getting Logicool's setup. Yeah, it's expensive but...

A) It's still less expensive than other suggestionsB) It's made *for* the Logitech wheel, so it's going to be an easy installation, no "make it work" fabrication.C) It's much more compact than having a car in my living room.

Still, the time involved in wiring it up so that the car's wheel is actually the PS2 wheel, the car's gas and brakes are actually the PS2's gas and brakes, and the shifter is in the correct spot, is way too complicated. In the end it's going to cost you a good bit of money as well.

Also, even half an S13 doesn't fit in my living room. And if it did, it wouldn't fit through the door.

if i went through with the S13 into a video game controller i think id have to make my own little heated video game shed outside where the car would be placed and i would spend all my time with video games

You could also charge mad dough for others to play. NICO members free though.

The wheel and pedals wouldnt be too hard to make work if you bought the logitech controllers, took them apart and used the stuff from them (if they had a clutch), but making the shifter work would probably be hard. And getting the car through the doorway would be hard, never thought of that... may cause a delay in me making it :rolleyes

I think I'll just save me a few thousand and hours of time and just go out and drive my car....

But yeah, that Logitech seat and controls does look pretty cool.
