Yeah my cousin had an older one for a long time. Still ran great after oh som amny miles. I really want a 5 speed stanza as I also hate the first gen altima with a passion. Damn jelly bean looking bastards. Anyways I got these plans for a stanza. I have mentioned them before but I'll say them again. Here it is my grand idea : THE DANZA STANZA you see its a Tony Danza themed stanza. Complete with pictures and stickers and the crowning jewl the "WHOSE THE BOSS B**TCH" windshield banner. Un edited of course. :ylsuper

I think each era had it's share of great cars. But Nissan is gotten it's act together more than in the last year or two than it did throughout 80's and 90's. The 89 240sx, while a great attractive fun car, was poorly well marketed and given an underpowered motor. The Z got away from it's core market and ballooned in the 90's in both size and price to the point that sales plummeted. The Maxima, while a great car, was not particularly stylish or exciting, that is unless you like 3 standard issue 3 box design.

Leap forward to 2003. the 350z returns the original Z concept, small, good performance and handling value and not expensive. The Maxima has the same great performance/handling as before now in a contempory (and very attractive shape). The new Altima is a huge leap over the old one. The Quest has been improved, the Titan is coming out to good reviews. The Murano is one of the better "hybrid" suv's out there.

I think Nissan has never been as good as it is right now. And I see it improving.

I think along the same lines.OldDatson = old school coolAll the Z's Rock (my personal favorite is the 90-96 TT)The early Sentra's Stanza's and Maxima's were ahead of their time when they first came out.The SE-R's were awesome

NEWSpec VAltimaMaxima X-Terra superchargedFrontier se superchargedMurano350zI like each one of these from the new lineup.I think that some of the parts and pieces may be sort of cheep but they need to do that to keep from going in the hole again.I am very glad that we still have Nissan after 98 it was close to Nissan only making cars in Japan.

As far as the Skyline goes the US has been deprived because the US goverment makes it hard on them to get them to us.Any hope is a water downed version.Hence the no turbo cars we are getting now.

HAHAHA!!!!!!!!! that f'in owns. lol yeah. . I much prefer our old Stanza to our 97.5 Altima. . it's a hell of a lot nicer car. It was fun to drive, and never got old. .even after 8 years and 215,000 miles. . . it was in a bad accident after about 2 years tho. . but it kept on goin'

Turbo Z31 goes back before 1988.
