To my knowledge they are all pull UNLESS he did the modification to make it push which is posted on here. It's quite simple and cheap (in the long run). Im looking at buying one and the guy is saying it is a push type neo transmission. Is this possible? Also are the input shafts the same between a neo and a regular rb25 transmission. Im going to use my exedy hyper single out of my rb20det on my new project and i need to make sure it will work for all rb25 transmissions(neo or regular) as long as it is a push type clutch.

Mainly because i dont want to have shifter and driveshaft issues. Are neo transmission any stronger?numbnuts240 wrote:almost 100% positive the input shaft is the same. and why swap internals with that of a z32 transmission? just swap bellhousings.
negative ghostrider.....the transmission even though its from the NEO, its not any stronger than that of a normal RB25 transmission...now the Z32 transmission is stronger, not because of the internals being stronger but because the overall transmission case is shorter ...shorter means less flexing within the rotating assemblymott6904 wrote:be
