Need wiring help RB25DET into a s14

So im trying to wire my engine but im stumped. I dont get how to wire the ignition. I have a brand new wiring specialties harness and ARC board. I have no chassis harnesses im trying to figure out how to just hard wire the ecu to switches. Someone in the world has to know please help.

The FSM will tell you which wires require power. So you'll know what is constant and what is 12V switched. what-are-the-benefits-of-using-s14-f3-p ... 97665.html this covers the pinout of your F3 plug which is what you're seeking.
